Spend the day centering your heart, soul, and body with a day full of prayerful movement. Offerings include guided meditation, vinyasa flow, chair yoga, restorative flow, and an asana workshop (a session to work through poses that puzzle you).
Investment:* $150/ person (ages 16 and up) ~ includes lunch, snacks, sessions, etc
