Calm the Body, Quiet the Soul: A Lenten Workshop

When our bodies are overwhelmed, it can be hard to feel connected - to ourselves, to others, or to God. This workshop is a space to slow down and tend to your nervous system as a spiritual practice.

Together, we’ll practice simple, grounding ways to reset the body and create space for calm, presence, and connection. You’ll leave with tools you can return to in everyday life, especially in the moments when you need them most.

There are two opportunities to join:

  • Saturday, March 21st at 10am (PST)

  • Tuesday, March 24th at 11am (PST)

The content will be the same at each, so please feel free to come to either one! A few days ahead of each session, you will be emailed a little introduction to the workshop and a Zoom link.
